Terms + Conditions

Rates quoted are for 9 hour days (09.00 – 18.00hrs) unless otherwise stated or agreed in advance. Overtime is charged at an additional 20% of fee per hour for the first 2 hours - rate to be agreed after that. Weekends and bank holidays are charged at 50% additional to agreed rate. All prices are EXCLUSIVE of VAT.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking Hideaway, and 50% deposit of catering, with the remaining balance due on completion from the last day of your booking up to 30 days after.

Pencils/options can be made if Hideaway is available. Pencils/options must be confirmed by 2 working days prior to pencilled/optioned date, or the date will become available again. All bookings of Hideaway must be confirmed by email.

Cancellation of confirmed bookings; +48hrs - 25%, 48hrs 50%, 24 hours 100% of rate agreed.

If you would like Hideaway to cook and prepare food, this must be confirmed 48hrs prior to shoot day. All allergens must be made clear on confirmation of booking our catering services.

It is the responsibility of all clients booking Hideaway to insure they have sufficient third party liability.

Any equipment and valuables left on the premises are done so at the client’s own risk. Hideaway does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any goods whilst on-site. Please see our Limitation of Liability agreement for more information.

You must leave Hideaway at the end of the hire period in the same condition in which was provided to you. All waste must be bagged up by you at the end of your booking. You are responsible for and must make payment for any damage caused to the premises during the hire period by anyone for whom you are responsible whilst you a hiring.

Limitation of Liability; We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury of whatsoever kind arising incurred by you, or to any person visiting or attending the location, or working there in connection with this agreement, provided that nothing in this condition shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting solely from our negligence or that of our servants or agents. We shall in no event be responsible for any indirect or consequential damage whatsoever arising from any breach of this agreement by us. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any article of any kind to or left on the premises by any person entering the premises in connection with this agreement including, without limitation, any equipment you bring on to the premises or any props or personal belongings or your co-workers/guests.

We will not be liable for any loss due to acts or omissions of third parties or for any loss due to any breakdown of equipment, failure of supply of electricity, leakage of water, flooding, acts of terrorism, fire, government restriction, acts of God or any event which is beyond our control which may cause the premises to be temporarily closed or the hiring to be interrupted or cancelled.

Insurance; you shall have in place throughout the hire period a policy of insurance effective with a reputable insurance company covering you against third party risks for a sum of no less than (£1million) and you must ensure that your subcontractors hold similar policies and will produce a copy of such policy to us no later than 7 working days prior to the start of the hire period (photo and video shoots).

Any agreement is personal to the Client and not assignable or capable of being sub-hired.

Waiver; Failure by either party to exercise any right under this agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such right nor operate so as to bar the exercise of any other right at any time.
